Delivery Timeframe
We strive to deliver your selected template within 48 hours of your purchase. However, unforeseen events may cause delays, and we cannot guarantee delivery within this timeframe. Please contact us if you have not received your template after 48 hours.
Template Usage
Upon delivery of the template to your account, it is your responsibility to add your own content and make edits to your website. We cannot reverse any unintentional changes made to the template by you.
A purchase of a template includes delivery of the template once. If you accidentally modify your template, delete it, or fail to accept the invitation to your new template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, you will need to repurchase the template for us to redeliver it.
Your template comes with a 6-month free trial. If your trial expires and your website is marked for deletion by Squarespace, you will need to repurchase the template for us to redeliver it. Avoid trial expiration by requesting an extension from Squarespace support or upgrading your site to a paid plan.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete.
Copyright & Template Licensing
Each Squarespace template purchase grants a license for use on one website. If you wish to use the same template on a second website, you must repurchase it to obtain another license.
By purchasing a template, you agree to the following:
- If using the template for a client project, you may not claim or sell the designs as solely your own.
- You may not resell or claim ownership of the design.
- You may not share the template, images, files, or any design elements provided in your purchase with others.
- Any photography included with the template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these images with your own or properly sourced images to avoid copyright infringement.
- The design is copyrighted by Bluepoint Creative Agency. We retain all rights to the designs and files provided in your purchase.
Your completed website design may be featured in our template showcase, sales pages, or on our social media for demonstration and promotional purposes.
Support Policy
We are here to assist you with issues related to the template itself, installation/build, downloads, provided files, and any related issues. However, we are unable to provide support for general Squarespace questions, template customization, coding modifications, or software-related issues.
