Below, you'll find our policy regarding the shipping and return of both digital and physical products. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy for Physical Products

Processing Time: Orders for physical products are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the U.S. and 10-20 business days for international orders.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and weight of the items. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain value.

International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments. Please check your country's policies before ordering.

Returns and Refunds Policy
For Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including website templates, branding workbooks, eBooks, and digital planners, are final and non-refundable.

If you encounter any issues with your digital download, please contact us at hello@bluepointcreative.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

For Physical Products
Returns: Physical products may be eligible for return if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Requests: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bluepointcreative.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order for the desired product.

Exceptions
Personalized or custom physical products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Email hello@bluepointcreative.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
