A: Within 48 hours of purchasing, you will receive an email welcoming you to your new template. Please email us at hello@bluepointcreative.com if you haven't gotten the invite after 48 hours.

A: Each of our website templates come with a six-month trial period, so you have plenty of time to edit your site before you launch. 

A: No worries, Squarespace offers tutorials and videos to help you use the platform.  Additionally, we provide a starting guide for each website template. 

A: These templates are built with the Squarespace 7.1 version. If you are updating from Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1, visit this checklist.

A: Yes! Once your website is ready to launch, you will need to purchase a Squarespace plan and domain ( if you don’t already have one).

A: Anyone may easily create a website using its ready-made templates and no-code editing features, regardless of background in web design or experience.

A: No prior coding experience is necessary to edit your website.

A: All text and images included in the templates are provided solely for demonstration reasons and are meant to be changed.

A: You don’t need to be a Squarespace Circle Member to use our templates.

A: Because our templates are digital products, we are unable to issue refunds. However, if you're having any trouble with your template, we'd love to have a chat.
